IvyHillboutique.com is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. We are also not responsible for damages that occur during care of items, such as dry cleaning, washing, wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions.

Item Availability:
Please note, we try to keep our website updated frequently. However, sometimes we experience a greater than anticipated demand for a particular item. If an item is back ordered or no longer available, we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping Information:
IvyHillBoutique.com ships using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 1-2 business days of your order. Customers have the option to expedite orders with three-day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. Some small orders (under 1 lb) or orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be shipped using USPS priority mail. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will typically ship the following Monday. If you have specific shipping instructions please call us. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Shipping charges are as follows:
Ground: Free shipping on domestic orders over $150. $5.95 for orders less than $150.

3-Day: $18

2-Day: $26

Overnight: $42

*Special rates may apply for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

International Shipping:
All international orders ship USPS and all duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

It is the receiver's responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges. International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days through the United States Post Office. International customers will be given shipping options and charged accordingly.

Sales Tax:
4.225% sales tax applies to Missouri residents only.
